Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange, credit or refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, etc.). Refunds are issued in the form of original payment for the amount of the returned merchandise and do not include the original cost of shipping nor the return cost to ship.

Please note:

– The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition

– If your merchandise arrives damaged please contact us directly at info@clementemuseum.com

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We use USPS as our shipping provider. You will receive a shipping quote when completing your order. There may be instances when additional delivery fees apply beyond the in-order shipping quote. We will contact you via email to discuss options and payment should this arise.

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO boxes. Please Contact Us to ship outside the US.

Note there are restrictions on shipping some products.

In an effort to be more environmentally conscious we utilize recycled/recyclable packing supplies when available and may reuse boxes and packaging when applicable. We hope you appreciate this effort at being green!

Pickup In Store

You may pick up your order at The Clemente Museum by selecting Local Pickup when completing your order. Please wait for email notification or phone call that your order is ready. Typically orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
